Where to start…

I was born on a Air Force Base in Marquette, Michigan and have lived in the Metro-Detroit area most of my life.

Growing up in Ann Arbor, Michigan I have been fortunate enough to take part in a wide variety of cultures and experiences.  It can be kind of crazy living in a college town, and even better being sandwiched between U of M and Eastern.  Still love the social scene, the art fair, campus life, and the football games.  About the only thing I don’t miss is the Game day traffic on Saturday, still I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world.

After moving several times over the last 5 years I now live in a little town called Fenton.  It is about 45min North of Ann Arbor nestled between several small lakes.  It is a modern town in most ways, but still has that small town feel about it.  I think my only regret is that many of my friends live so far away, and I don’t get to see them as often as I would like.

I went to college for two years originally looking at going into the Computer Industry, but dropped out due to lack of funds, and interest in what I was learning.  I am not sure I believe in the education system to much anymore.  I think I would rather attempt to start my own business and work for myself at this point in my life.

Please don’t get me wrong, I believe education is a important and valuable tool… It’s just not for me right now.  Although, I am considering on going back and getting an Associates degree in Nutrition.

I am currently working for a sort/rework Warehouse as a Off Site Liaison, although I am starting to think that an Off Site General Manager would be a more fitting description.  I am responsible for all the day to day activities at our Flint, Michigan locations. I think the grand total is 5 right now with 2 other locations that only need us there occasionally.  My daily task involve everything from Payroll to Invoicing with a lot of customer interaction in between.

My hobbies include Reading, Gaming, Blogging, Health and Fitness, Drawing, Writing, Web Browsing, Movies, and Music to name a few.  I am also always up for learning or trying anything new!
